Then we are very much looking forward to hearing from you! We are looking for a new Head of Data & Tools (Workday HCM Platform Manager) (m/f/d).

What You Will Do

  • Disciplinary leadership of the HR Data & Workday Analytics team
  • Further development and implementation of the HR analytics strategy with a focus on Workday
  • Ownership of data quality in Workday and connected (non-HR) systems
  • Leadership of global projects and initiatives related to digital HR processes, data, and reporting
  • Management of Workday HCM, serving as the central contact person for our HR organization as well as Finance/Controlling and IT
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to advance, improve, and manage our use of Workday
  • Application of expertise in various Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, and Learning) as well as in reporting and security topics
  • System optimization and active further development of Workday, evaluation and integration of new release features, and co-design of future-oriented HR processes, taking ownership of digital HR processes
  • Continuous improvement of reporting in Workday to ensure a consistent user experience and optimized system performance
  • Translation of new functional requirements into reporting and dashboard solutions
  • Providing recommendations regarding integration, analysis, validation, visualization, and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative HR data
  • Providing support and training around Workday for internal stakeholders/users
  • Continuation and further development of HR data governance guidelines and documentation of "how-to" instructions in Workday
  • Coordination and management of our implementation and support partners
  • Named Support Contact coordination (Workday Case Management) and active engagement in the Workday community

What You Bring

  • Successfully completed studies, ideally in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Deep content and technical experience in Workday
  • Knowledge in Workday HR implementation and configuration, including HR analytics and reporting (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and Slides, Power BI, and ideally initial programming experience in KNIME, SQL, Python, etc.)
  • Extensive experience in project and process management in an international environment
  • Willingness to work both on a detailed and strategic level, independently and collaboratively in a global team environment with subject matter experts
  • A strong customer-oriented approach, structured working style, as well as analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent English skills, ideally also very good German skills
  • Enthusiasm for driving digital HR transformation
