Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and performance.
  • Plan and execute workshops to address specific organizational needs and challenges.
  • Provide individual and group coaching to employees and leaders to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Lead or participate in organization development projects, overseeing their implementation and ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirement:

  • Experience in coaching and facilitation, both face-to-face and in virtual settings.
  • Proven experience in leading or participating in change/transformation projects in a global environment.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and monitor initiatives.
  • "Let’s do it" attitude, demonstrating enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive approach to driving positive change within the organization.

 

Main Stakeholders:

  • Business leaders: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand organizational goals and priorities and align OD initiatives accordingly.
  • Local HR and Global HR Business Partners (GHRBPs): Work closely with HR teams to identify development needs and implement solutions that support overall organizational growth.
  • Global HR functions: Engage with global HR functions to ensure consistency and alignment of OD initiatives across different regions.
