As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will engage with customers across several touchpoints such as public events and conferences, customer tech days and in-person meetings and oversee, manage, and execute all marketing activities for the EMEA. You will coordinate all regional planning and execution to build local marketing programs to increase brand awareness, deepen our existing customer relationships, drive customer engagement, and generate leads to create net-new sales opportunities and accelerate existing sales opportunities. This role provides a consistent customer experience wherever and whenever the customer touches our brand locally and maintains strong relationships with local partners, journalists, and other influencers.

What you do

  • Develop and own cross-functional field marketing programs that complement the broader global marketing strategy, increase awareness, and build brand loyalty locally and contribute to the business goals in your region.
  • Contribute to the global marketing results with local brand activations, paid/earned media, and generated demand (MQL/SQL).
  • Identify and execute public and own events, establish, and maintain relationships with local journalists, analysts, and other influencers, localize existing materials and develop additional collaterals where needed.
  • Collaborate with regional sales team to define and execute account-based marketing activities that establish and strengthen our customer relationship.
  • Develop and execute partner marketing activities in close collaboration with the regional partner management team.
  • Analyze the market competitive landscape and report into the marketing organization, sales organization, and other internal functions like product management.
  • Manage local Marketing budget, constantly review and analyze the success of your marketing activities set in place for your area, track results of all campaign activity and recommend for future improvements (KPI’s, budgets/financial returns, ROI).
  • Collaborate and share best practices, lessons learned and post-recaps with global Marketing team on a regular basis.

What you bring

  • Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Communications, or comparable education.
  • Experience in managing complex marketing projects, ideally in the Automotive and/or Software industry.
  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing stakeholders and multiple projects at once, while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills and work as an independent team player.
  • You think globally and act locally and are familiar with international structures.
  • Native level German is required as well as advanced level of English.
