As Senior Assistant (m/f/d) to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) you will facilitate the CCO & Managing Director and his leadership team’s daily work in overseeing the calendar, managing internal and external communication, making travel arrangements, and supporting on administrative topics. Additionally, you will be a strong partner for the teams in organizing themselves efficiently, in helping plan workshops or support in the execution of strategic topics. You are keeping the global team together by organizing team events, supporting to onboard new colleagues and jointly moderate global meetings.

What you do

  • You coordinate and manage daily organizational, as well as administrative tasks and correspondence.
  • You manage the calendar and schedules for the CCO, as well as coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments.
  • You prepare board level presentations and reports and track OKRs and tasks.
  • You organize regular team meetings on a global level and support with moderation and document meeting minutes.
  • You arrange international travel, accommodations and prepare expense reports.
  • You place and manage all purchase orders for the department.
  • You maintain all of the internal representations of the department, e.g. Intranet pages.
  • You support the global Commercial Org team with administrative tasks.

What you bring

  • You have experience in a similar role in an international environment.
  • You have profound knowledge in working with MS-Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • You are an empathic team player with great communication skills and intercultural sensitivity.
  • You are motivated and pro-active, flexible, loyal, and reliable.
  • You have extraordinary organizational skills, efficient way of working with an eye for details.
  • You are fluent in English & German oral and written.
